At Noble Nature, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure all our supplements reach you in perfect condition. As our products are consumables, we follow a *no-return, no-refund policy* except in cases of genuine error on our part.

1. Non-Returnable Products

  1. All supplements and consumables sold on noblenature.ae are final sale.
  2. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
  •  Change of mind
  • Personal taste or preference
  • Opened or partially used products 

2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged/defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@noblenature.ae

  1. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
  2. Upon verification, we may (at our sole discretion): 

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue store credit for future purchases
  • Refunds to the original payment method will only be considered in exceptional cases.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled *before shipment.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Refunds (if applicable) 

  • Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Company Rights

  • Noble Nature reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
  • Decisions regarding refunds or replacements are final and at our sole discretion.
