1. Non-Returnable Products
- All supplements and consumables sold on noblenature.ae are final sale.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Personal taste or preference
- Opened or partially used products
2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
If you receive the wrong product or a damaged/defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@noblenature.ae
- Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- Upon verification, we may (at our sole discretion):
- Replace the product, or
- Issue store credit for future purchases
- Refunds to the original payment method will only be considered in exceptional cases.
3. Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled *before shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
- Approved refunds (in rare cases) will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

- Noble Nature reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
