Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next business day.
- For high-demand items or promotions, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days within UAE.
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days within UAE.
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping for orders over AED 100.
- AED 20 flat rate for orders under AED 100.
- International shipping rates depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
- After your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.
- You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
- Ensure your shipping address is correct and complete.
- If a package is lost or delayed due to incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping.
- If a package is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

- Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
Return Process

- Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.
